Powertrain and drivetrain: The 6.6L V8 SIDI pairs with the Allison 1000 RDS 6-speed automatic, a combination widely specified for vocational and fleet applications because of the Allison's shift durability under load. A 5.37 rear axle ratio is fitted, tuned for work-cycle pulling rather than highway economy.
The standard rear differential rounds out a straightforward, proven drivetrain that upfitters and fleet managers know well. Variable valve timing is included on the engine. Note: PTO is not available on this transmission configuration.
Cab and equipment: The 150-inch wheelbase regular cab rides on 19.5 × 6 K steel wheels — the economical, field-serviceable choice for vocational fleets. Seating is front high-back bucket style for driver and passenger, trimmed in cloth.
The audio system covers AM/FM with CD player, auxiliary jack, USB port, and Bluetooth wireless audio streaming. Cruise control is standard. Exterior mirrors are outside left-hand and right-hand units with integral convex mirrors.
